Description
First and Foremost I would like to thank Alex Ray @ "ARay's Photography & Designs" for the amazing designs! I look forward to working with him more in the future as this podcast continues to grow.
As of 2021, the “World Health Organization” released an article informing us that Long working hours led to 745 000 deaths from stroke and ischemic heart disease in 2016, a 29 per cent increase since 2000
This episode is in response to the 745,000 DEATHS that occur each year since 2021 due to overwork and stress.
We have been dooped into believing that great results come from meaningless unfulfilling hard work. That improvements are best when forced and personally painful. So how often do we actually consider the damages of this culture? How often do we look at the actual results and question the legitimacy of the results?
THAT is why I recorded this episode. To use credible sources in identifying and disproving these myths! We go into the different perspectives of psychology, the details in the effects of constant taxing of the body and mind, and I even discuss my own personal experiences!
Great improvement comes from hard smart work, REST, Quality sleep, quality personal activity, and self study. These some of the BIGGEST challenges to grow skilled in todays society. They are so crucial for unlocking great potential and living a healthy life. However, this is not what we are trained to focus on.
